Celebrating 25 Years of Art, Beauty, and Connection
A Message from Dianne Borsini-Burr
For as long as I can remember, I’ve been driven by an entrepreneurial spirit—the desire to create something meaningful, to lead with purpose, and to connect deeply with people. My first company, Accountants Inc., grew into a national success and helped me realize how much joy I found in building businesses, mentoring others, and making a difference in people’s lives.
But it wasn’t until I combined my lifelong love of art with that entrepreneurial passion that I found my true calling.
In 2000, I opened my first gallery in Half Moon Bay, California. From the very start, I knew this would be more than a business—it would be a celebration of life through art. We later moved to a stunning oceanfront showroom in Montara, where we showcased an extraordinary collection of original paintings, sculptures, stone lithographs, and fine art editions. Over the past 25 years, I’ve had the honor of building lifelong relationships with collectors and artists alike. Together, we built something rare and beautiful.
Representing the work of Michael Parkes became a cornerstone of that legacy. I introduced his art to a far wider audience and, over time, sold hundreds of his original paintings, sculptures, and lithographs—millions of dollars in art placed into the hands of collectors who truly appreciated it. That success helped establish Borsini-Burr as one of the most respected names in fine art.
But the true heart of the gallery—what I’m most proud of—is the community we built. Collectors who became friends. Artists who became family. Clients who returned year after year because they knew they would find something extraordinary, something soulful, something that would stay with them for life.
Now, as I officially step into retirement, I do so with immense pride and gratitude. This chapter has been one of the most rewarding of my life. I am deeply thankful to every artist, every collector, and every friend who shared in this journey.
The good news is that the spirit of Borsini-Burr will continue. Mary Ann Dela Cruz will carry the torch, representing the extraordinary Kinuko Y. Craft—one of the greatest living artists. Kinuko continues to create breathtaking new originals, and Mary Ann remains dedicated to bringing these masterpieces to collectors around the world.
To all of you who have supported us along the way: thank you. Thank you for believing in the power of art, for celebrating life through beauty, and for making these past 25 years so unforgettable.
With heartfelt gratitude,
