Tim Cotterill (b. 1950) has become a global phenomenon as the world’s best-selling bronze artist. His elegant, stylized renditions of whimsical frogs have amassed a devoted international following, while his earlier work in welded steel sculptures of birds and animals established his reputation as a master of dynamic, lifelike forms.

Drawn to the vibrant creative energy of California, Cotterill emigrated to the United States in 1990, setting up a studio in the eclectic environs of Venice Beach. Here, he dedicated himself to perfecting his signature bronze frog designs, which have captivated collectors worldwide and elevated the humble frog to the realm of fine art.
