Michael Parkes Fine Art Editions

In June of 2024, Michael Parkes and Borsini-Burr jointly announced the end of the Fine Art Editions, the authorized limited editions based on Michael Parkes original paintings and drawings, represented by Borsini-Burr since 2001. Collectors were able to purchase the remaining stock of Fine Art Editions at special pricing for 2 months. On August 15, 2024, as previously agreed, all sales of limited edition artwork ceased, and Fine Art Editions are no longer available from Borsini-Burr or any of our authorized dealers.

We urge collectors to use caution when making purchases of Michael Parkes artwork from secondary sources. On August 7, 2024, Michael Parkes made the following announcement via his personal Facebook page:

“Please be aware of fake paintings of mine on the market, especially in auctions. There are very bad copies that are obviously not mine but recently some of my earlier work has been carefully copied, including my signature.” –Michael Parkes
